2.a. If you have determined your emotional state; Affirmation. The affirmations could be coming from you yourself or people whom you are (different individual has different way of receiving affirmations). Then we dive in, what is it about the affirmation that makes me feel good? Is it that I am seen/ heard/ respected for the things I have done? Am I feel proud of myself? Dive in deeper to the affirmations and ask questions. From that you will receive profound understanding on what's what. Alternative 2.b. If you have determined your emotional state; Regret. If regret clouds your vibe due to past actions, explore how to alleviate it. Reflect on the words spoken, decisions made, or overlooked moments. Again, we will dive in. What are you able to do now to make yourself less regret? Is it the way you see the whole picture (find something to be grateful for from this incident), is it to ask for forgiveness? What is it that could ease your regret? Once you have eased the Regret, best to ask for forgiveness from yourself. You will realise that you have shifted your Regret Emotional State to Forgiveness Emotional State!
